Position Overview

The Sales Team ensures the brand integrity of the company is reflected to the customer.  They will be responsible for supporting the goals of the company and individual store. The Sales Team will be reporting into the Store Manager. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Standards

  • Ensure operational integrity & asset protection compliance in day to day operations & practices
  • Ensure monitoring and execution of daily payroll goals 
  • Communicates and partner with visual team for product moves based on sell through and markdowns
  • Strict compliance and adhering to the application of policies and procedure
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store on designated shifts 
  • To achieve or exceed financial plans through effective planning and execution thereby contributing to the Company’s overall financial results 
  • Entrepreneurial innovation to utilize all tools / support available and within framework of business to develop creative approaches to driving the business results 
  • Monitors sales and financial results and takes appropriate action at store level and communicates needs to supervisor 
  • Organize schedules for store 
  • Control store expenses through supply budgets and operational procedures

Visual Presentation/Store Maintenance

  • Ensure the Brand Integrity of the company is reflected to customer
  • Help ensure store meets merchandising and maintenance standards
  • Support store management in the planning and supervision of store flips
  • Provide necessary feedback to Store Management to drive the business through visual and merchandising opportunities

Store Experience

  • Ensure that Customer Service levels are met and exceeded beyond expectations at every opportunity
  • Address operational concerns expressed by Store Manager
  • Organization of back of house according to sell-through and store concept
  • Demonstrate company customer service model and lead by example on the sales floor
  • Achieve personal SPH goals


  • Work with store staff to ensure stores follow directives
  • Work hand in hand with store operations to elevate monthly directives/store flips
  • Assist and ensure the visual training and development of all new hires is completed
  • Motivate staff and align activities to achieve business goals
  • Encourages empowerment, reinforces ownership and leads a positive work environment
  • Models and coaches selling service as well as other skills
  • Provides store management and service associates with continuous performance feedback and necessary training to assist them to meet current and future position requirements
  • Maximizes inventory to achieve planned sales through actions focused on selling what we own today and communication on what is needed to build the business
  • Trains / coaches and audits store management and associates regularly on meeting timelines and standards related to direction on markdowns, promotional set up, damage processing, consolidations and overall store standards

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience needed in retail operations in a high volume or flagship location
  • Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
  • Strong English communication - verbal and written / Multilingual is a plus
  • Excellent time management/project skills
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
  • Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
  • Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
  • Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results
  • Dedicated to high levels of Customer Service and Sales Productivity
  • Physical Demands:
    • Hours/days of work can be varied due to the demands of the business
    • Must be able to work shift standing and walking and able to lift approx 20 lbs.
    • Must be able to pack, unpack and move stock when supporting in receiving / stocking store functions.
