Position Overview


As part of the IMO team, we are looking for a 12-month intern that will provide hands-on operational and analytical support to ensure smooth business processes and accurate data management. This role offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration within a global supply chain environment.

Only applications with the possibility to get an internship agreement with their school will be considered.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Support the IMO team with reporting, system updates, KPI tracking and calendar management, preparing analyses and presentations to assist in business decision-making
  • Ensure data accuracy and system alignment across departments (costing, buy, POs, material maintenance…)
  • Deliver clear, actionable reports and analyses to support business performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functions / regions partners: Sourcing, PO Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Sales and Customer Service to optimize product flow from manufacturing to distribution


Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Curious, proactive, and adaptable team player
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI and SAP is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all work
  • First experience in Supply Chain / FMCGs / Fashion is an advantage
  • School convention is mandatory for this role
