Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Commerce Lead to join our ANZ Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role responsible for steering the strategic development, acceleration, and optimisation of our digital business and ecosystem across owned and partner-operated channels.

This leader will shape the future of digital for ANZ, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sustainable and profitable growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Own and execute our digital strategy across ANZ to achieve top line demand and net targets

  • Lead digital landscape evaluation and upgrade our partnership with leading digital players

  • Build team capability and evolve our digital organization, accelerating growth and productivity

  • Drive website optimisation, performance marketing, and digital product roadmap

  • Translate business objectives into measurable testing roadmaps

  • Lead key partnerships across GEO, SEO, Paid Social, Google channels and more

  • Champion AI‑driven and test‑and‑learn approaches to accelerate conversion

  • Collaborate globally to bring best‑in‑class digital practices to market

 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree and above

  • 8+ years of proven record in Digital Commerce with P&L management experiences.

  • Strong ownership and accountability

  • Strategic and structural thinking

  • Strong communication and influencing skills

  • Complex project management and delivery  

  • Passionate in digital, tech and AI.

  • Highly organized, detail oriented and accurate

  • Experience using Salesforce Business Manager is a plus
