Position Overview


The North America Wholesale Marketing Team at Ralph Lauren is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager, Luxury Wholesale to support the development and execution of omni-channel marketing strategies across the luxury retail partner segment.

This role supports marketing initiatives across the Ralph Lauren family of brands and select Families of Business, ensuring programs are executed with a high level of brand integrity while contributing to commercial performance within key luxury accounts.

Working closely with Marketing Leadership, Sales, and cross-functional partners, this role translates seasonal direction into elevated, partner-specific activations, including events, experiential programs, retail launches, and organic and paid partner marketing channels, helping to strengthen brand positioning and drive growth within the luxury wholesale environment.

This position reports to the Brand Marketing Lead, Wholesale Luxury.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Wholesale Marketing Strategy & Commercial Growth
  • Support the development and execution of luxury-focused wholesale marketing strategies aligned to seasonal priorities, account plans, and key brand moments.
  • Translate brand and product direction into elevated, partner-ready marketing programs, including events, experiential activations, retail launches, and partner-led marketing (organic and paid).
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of new store openings, shop-in-shop launches, and digital platform launches within luxury retail environments.
  • Ensure all activations reflect luxury brand standards, storytelling, and client experience expectations across both physical and digital touchpoints.
  • Partner with Sales and Merchandising to align marketing priorities with business plans and key regional marketing moments.

Integrated Campaign Planning & Execution
  • Execute integrated 360° wholesale marketing programs across digital, in-store, media, and activation channels.
  • Translate seasonal strategies into compelling partner-ready marketing activations that elevate brand presence within retail environments.
  • Develop and manage campaign materials including creative briefs, toolkits, and partner deliverables.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for launch moments and high-profile activations, ensuring seamless execution across teams and channels.
  • Ensure all marketing programs meet brand standards while driving measurable business outcomes.

Partner & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Support day-to-day coordination with luxury wholesale partners, ensuring alignment and execution of marketing programs across key moments and partner-owned digital channels.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Wholesale Digital, Merchandising, Global Marketing, Creative, Brand Image, Media, and PR to deliver aligned and elevated programs.
  • Support joint business planning conversations with partners through clear marketing strategy articulation and performance storytelling.
  • Assist in preparing materials for partner presentations, launch plans, and joint business discussions, including channel and performance insights.

Performance Tracking & Insights
  • Track performance of campaigns and key moments, ensuring marketing programs are measured against revenue impact, productivity, and brand objectives.
  • Partner with Analytics and account teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize investment allocation, and identify future growth levers.
  • Develop polished recap materials that capture ROI, insights, and actionable learnings to inform future strategy.

Budget & Operational Support
  • Support budget tracking and investment pacing across campaigns, including partner digital investments, events, and activations.
  • Assist in managing operational workflows tied to store openings, launches, experiential programs, and partner media placements.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, processes, and brand execution standards.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge


  • 5 -7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within wholesale, retail, or luxury environments
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and partner ecosystems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
