Position Overview
- Attend college full-time in the United States and be entering your final semester or year of undergraduate studies with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work in an in-person or hybrid workplace environment arrangement
- Available the entire duration of the 10-week internship and reside within a commutable distance to one of our office locations (NY, NJ, NC). A housing stipend will be provided to help with travel and accommodations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Sample Coordination and Tracking: Full ownership of the sample coordination process, including tracking and ensuring timely delivery to accounts and coordination with cross functional teams.
- Creative Briefing to Agency
- Event and Store Initiative Support: Assist in planning and execution of all events and store initiatives, from concept through post-event wrap-up including event decks and recaps.
- Vendor Management and Sourcing: Managing vendor outreach and coordination as needed for events and activations, including but not limited to sourcing for gifting, models, and catering support.
- Seasonal Marketing Support: Coop + Media planning, monitoring, tracking and recapping
- Brand Moments + Initiatives: Overall support on larger brand projects and initiatives
- Competitive Tracking + Industry News: Supporting the ongoing review and analysis of competitor activities, including product launches, campaigns, and in-store executions.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Currently pursuing or completed degree in Marketing or related field
- Previous internship/work experience in marketing
- Demonstrates interest in Luxury and Home categories
- Strong understanding of marketing tools and digital platforms
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Creative mindset with solution driven approach
- Understanding of social media platforms
- Knowledge of luxury retail industry
- Project management experience
- Event experience
- Strong understanding and appreciation of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic, brand heritage, and the retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong writing and math skills; retail math a plus
- Highly organized and eager team player
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and deliver results with attention to detail
- Thinks strategically to seize opportunities and solve problems
- Active listener with strong communication; clearly communicates ideas, both written and verbally
- Ability to balance creativity with practicality
