Position Overview
Automation Analyst will be part of Automation COE contributing towards the support and development of automation solutions using Uipath, Azure Automation & Assist Edge
Based in Bangalore, India, this role will be working in partnership with other technical resources as well business partner in NA, responsible for implementation of new automation use-cases and day to day support activities. As a Ralph Lauren Senior Automation Analyst, you will be a part of a growing community that is Global in scope and operates across all of Ralph Lauren’s regions & application disciplines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•Works as an Automation Subject Matter Expert
•Defines and implements best business practices, adhering to the business standards for the Automation technology
•Identify process improvements opportunities across multiple lines of business with specific emphasis on Robotic Process Automation, chatbots or other automation methods.
•Analyze and document current business processes and gather business requirements from subject matter experts.
•Develop Automation solution for the identified usecases
•Identifies costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules
•Troubleshoots Automation application problems and proposes optimal resolutions
•Act as direct liaison with various troubleshooting, business process mapping and automation system enhancements
•Contribute towards best practices for CoE to optimize development efforts
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Professional Skills:
•Minimum 4 years of experience with leading Uipath RPA development and 2 yrs of Azure Automation Experience
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Must have proven ability to support multiple projects on an aggressive timeline
•Knowledge of automation on the Enterprise (Corporate Processes)
•Must have “can do” attitude and be able to work independently
•Strong time management skills
•Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities on assigned tasks.
•Ability and willingness to learn
•Serve as a primary technical point of contact to discuss new requirements and provide knowledge of development environments and processes
Preferred- Certifications:
•Uipath Certified
•Azure Automation Certified
