Position Overview
In your role as Sales Operations Associate (m/f/d) as of March 2025 in Munich you will be part of our Sales Operations team and responsible for all administrative and organizational aspects of daily business operations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact person for our key account customers for all administrative and operational matters in Sales Operations
- Handling of order management (SAP & EDI order processing, order split, order reconciliation, order communication and order release)
- Creation of analyses and reports for internal and external provision
- Monitoring of order release and seasonal deliveries
- Active support in achieving our fiscal and quarterly targets
- Complaints and returns management
- Close cooperation and coordination with adjacent departments (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Production, and Brand Planning)
- Regular exchange with the regional Sales Operations team and our EMEA headquarter
- Participation in internal projects process optimization
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
- Successfully completed academic education with a business background, preferably related to the fashion sector
- Confident handling of MS Office (excellent Excel skills are required)
- Relevant professional experience in a similar position, ideally in key account management
- Enjoyment in dealing with B2B customers, characterized by a high degree of service orientation and communication skills
- Analytical and strategic way of thinking, as well as structured task & time management
- Very good written and spoken German & English skills (minimum level B2)
