Position Overview
As an RL Visual Merchandiser our Brand Image Coordinators ensures the implementation of our seasonal guidelines and execution of rigs and interior/window displays in our own operated Retail stores in the London region as other Flagships across London with the goal to enhance brand aesthetic and to create a memorable customer shopping experience.
Flexible and changeable hrs - can require early start being in store at 7am to finish circa 4pm.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Proven experience in In-Store visual presentation
• Create and develop seasonal floorplans
• Manage and implement seasonal change-over (visual strategies)
• Ensure all product presentation guidelines are implemented and maintained
• Manage the presentation of POS material
• Planning and implementation of new corner openings
• Drive sales through invigorating in-store visual merchandising presentations
Training
Liaise with Communication Team and In-Store Management regarding all product seasonal presentation initiatives
• Organise, prepare and conduct seasonal training seminars for in-store staff
• Cascade seasonal and quarterly product flow directives as well as changes to teams
• Constantly train all Ralph Lauren sales staff and management on new directives
• Developing in-store training material
• Ensure that the staff is utilising Retail Web and Corporate directives when applicable
Reporting & Communication
• Regular analysis and report on sales volume compared to stock levels
• Feedback call outs and store needs to Regional corporate management
• Communicate Visual and sales Results by creating weekly visit Report
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
• Creativity and very elevated visual merchandising skills
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organisation and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• Willingness to travel around central London
