Position Overview
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of HR documents.
- Upload personnel documents to the e-filing system.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Manage the storage of HR documents.
- Support in updating and maintaining personnel records.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
- Experienced in efficiently uploading and managing large-scale documents.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately update and maintain personnel records.
- Proficient in preparing and processing HR-related documents.
- Familiarity with best practices in document storage and management.
- Excellent clerical and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexible in taking on ad-hoc tasks to support the HR team as needed.
- Commitment to the project duration (approximately 3 months).
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Working hours: 8-9 hours a day (including a 1-hour lunch break), 5 days per week.
- Work Location: Lai Chi Kwok/ Tsim Sha Tsui
