We are currently looking for 3 Senior Sales Professionals to join our team and represent our iconic brand.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist the customer (Connect) identify their needs (Convert) concluding the transaction (Confirm) comply the customers details in too the data base in order to (Continue) to stay connected (Continue) and maintain the highest level of service
  • Meet the store and personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering an elevated and personalized level of service and communication to all customers in store and via out -reach
  • Continuously build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VIC’s) Super VIC’s & Top clients
  • Have advanced skills in the company clientelling and digital tools and resources to acquire, develop and retain clients
  • Have advanced skills in the on line sales platforms (Concierge, Hero)
  • Consistently leverage the customer in- store services , including but not limited to: Alterations, Gift cards, Personalization, Delivery service, Transfers, Holds, Private appointments, Ralph Lauren Home, on- line and digital services and other store locations
  • Maintain an In depth level of product knowledge
  • Effectively network & be constantly up to date with competitor activity including trends, events, campaigns
  • Participate in store merchandising activities in line with the Ralph Lauren creative directives and standards, including but not limited to: Daily stock maintenance and Folding standards, Replenishment, Product transfers, New product launches and Seasonal floor changeovers
  • Assist customers in the fitting room in line with the company standard operating procedures
  • Assist customers during till sales transactions in line with the company standard operating procedure
  • Communicate Product and Customer feedback to buyers & managers
  • Lead Brilliant briefings
  • Contribute to the maintenance of standards in the back of house and stock room areas
  • Adhere to the company Asset Protection policies and standard operating procedures at all times
  • Actively participate & contribute to store Brilliant briefs and training
  • Follow the company health and safety policies and standard operating procedures at all times

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Advanced experience in retail sales and service.
  • Maintains In depth product Knowledge of non- specialized departments.
  • Consistently acquires, develops and retains customer relationships.
  • Strong performer across all sales platforms including progressive ways of selling.
  • Moves with urgency to deliver results.
  • Contributes to store sales objective as well as achieving personal sales goals.
  • Communicates with confidence.
  • Exhibits pride through a positive demeanour, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the Ralph Lauren expectations.
  • Identifies and acts on self-development opportunities to improve performance.
  • Connects with and demonstrates the RL CFA’s: Empowerment with Personal Accountability, Straight Talk, Moves with Urgency, One Team Focused on the Consumer, Focus on What Matters Most.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
