Position Overview
Ralph Lauren is seeking for 2 enthusiastic Part-time (approx. 15 hours per week) Sales Associates to join our new store in Oslo, Norway. As a Sales Associate, you'll be part of our front-line team delivering exceptional customer service and representing our iconic brand. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients with selection of merchandise and styling.
- Develop strong commercial relationships with clients.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding personal and team sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain stock on the sales floor.
- Daily replenishment of stock according to allocation.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding and implementation of product, lifestyle, good merchandising and styling technique.
- Maintain effective communication with all peers and seniors (e.g. holds, sends, deliveries, schedules etc).
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Advanced experience in retail sales and service.
- Maintains In depth product Knowledge of non- specialized departments.
- Consistently acquires, develops and retains customer relationships
- Strong performer across all sales platforms including progressive ways of selling
- Moves with urgency to deliver results
- Contributes to store sales objective as well as achieving personal sales goals
- Communicates with confidence
- Exhibits pride through a positive demeanour, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with the Ralph Lauren expectations
- Identifies and acts on self-development opportunities to improve performance

- Fluency in Norwegian and English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
