Positionsübersicht:
Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts related to lease agreements, construction contracts, concessions, franchises and service agreements.
- Providing analysis and advice on various legal matters relating to the stores and real estate within the EMEA region.
- Working closely with the business stakeholders and other legal teams, together with external counsel
Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:
In addition to these tasks, the candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as within part of a team.
- Experience with a broad range of real estate documents.
- Managing and prioritising a range of work with different stakeholders.
