Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support and manage the selection & hiring process for corporate positions.
• Provide feedback and recommendation to leaders regarding candidate profiles.
• Provide recommendations to leadership regarding market trends that support the attraction and retention of high caliber talent.
• Partner with Leaders to identify gaps in talent and create clearly defined succession planning within the functions.
• Ensure a consistent and successful onboarding employee experience for all leaders within these businesses.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
• Actively identify and seek to resolve drivers of employee turnover and implement best practices to retain top talent.
• Advocate for initiatives that will positively impact the employee population.
• Project Manage initiatives to ensure seamless delivery.
Talent and Performance Management:
• Drive and manage the Annual Performance Management and Review Board Cycle for region.
• Lead Talent Review process and provide strategic guidance and recommendations for employee development, succession planning, and retention of high potential talent.
• Develop succession planning strategy. Co-lead with peers’ quarterly meetings to identify and share talent across the enterprise.
Employee Relations:
• Support, coach and advise leadership with all employee relations and performance management matters. Manage conflict resolution, complaints and conduct investigations for timely resolution. Make recommendations and partner with the Global People Practices and Legal ensuring consistency with organizational policy, practice and EEO regulations.
• Analyze store trends, data and lead proactively to resolve disputes. Conduct climate surveys across the region when appropriate.
Change Management and Project Management:
• Proactively engage in evolving the status quo, leading employees through change in a structured format, and encouraging adaptive behaviors to ensure individual and team success.
• Partner with business leads on the fiscal strategy for the organization supporting the activities and work to move the business forward.
• Provide project management support for special People Team functional projects or business-related projects.
Learning & Development:
• Partner with the Ralph Lauren L&D team to support leadership development through mapping of both current and new programs to organizational needs. Deliver stand-up training where necessary.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to business leaders and above regarding their personal development plans and the development of their teams
HR Administration & Employee Maintenance:
• Responsible for directing compliance of all federal and state employment practices.
• Supervise the HR Coordinator in the management of all leaves of absences, processing of paperwork, Workday, Organizational Management & Personnel Administration in line with HR Administration, Payroll, Benefits and HRIS policies and procedures. Supervise the HR coordinator in the activation and deactivation of non-employee resources.
• Partner with the teams within HR Admin, IT (Scout Support), risk management, operations, and Benefits to create a seamless process and policy to support the backend work and employee experience.
Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:
• Demonstrated experience in Talent Management and Development, Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Employee Relations
• Experienced HR Business Partner with a demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with key business partners and executive leadership.
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively influence business partners at all levels
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to think strategically while executing at a detailed level
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Detailed knowledge of critical business metrics that drive business performance
