Positionsübersicht:
Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
· Manages storage management and forecasting to minimize operational impact
· Partner with operations / transportation to align storage efficiency and footprint to expectations of supply
· Manage critical communications to partner teams to alert of pending concerns and work to minimize challenges
· Serve as a “go-to” in bridging communications of different operational groups to business partners
· Be a critical resource in P&O for partnering on projects
· Interface with partner teams to identify performance process improvements and initiatives, including identifying cost savings opportunities.
· Enhance and update existing reports
· Other duties as assigned
Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:
· Advance experienced in supply chain management and logistics, minimum 5 years of experience
· Must have advanced PC skills in Excel & PowerPoint
· Must have advanced analytical skills and comfort dealing with data
· Must have International Transportation / Supply Chain / Distribution Operations experience
· Must have experience with coding platforms and associated thought processes (like Qlik / SQL / Tableau)
· Experience with SAP / Microstrategy / Qlik Sense / Manhattan / a plus
· Skills including data warehousing, working with large data sets, building complex data models a plus
· Demonstrated ability to share information and present data in an organized fashion.
· Must have excellent communication skills and succeed in building partnerships.
· Must be self-motivated, results driven, and can work in a fast-paced environment with changing agendas
· Must be able to manage multiple projects while working effectively in a team environment
