Positionsübersicht:
Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
· Partner closely with global merchandising on seasonal fabric needs for bulk.
· Collaborate with senior team to develop and create timelines for approvals and buying dates to meet production deliveries.
· Responsible for communicating and passing platform fabric reservation orders to mills
· Identify minimum and pricing issues – and follow up on counter sourcing materials for cost savings.
· Monitor and communicate fabric delivery issues for Weekly WIPS
· Monitor Codetex and liability inventory to ensure seasonal utilization.
· Manage mill invoices in Ariba.
· Maintain seasonal metrics – ie stock raw material utilization and price analysis and liability figures.
· Create and maintain raw material Airtable bases: Platform, Seasonal and Fabric Ledger.
Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:
- Proven ability to quickly pivot and problem solve utilizing innovative solutions
- Actively displays curiosity, a desire to learn and grow, and an innovative mind-set
- Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills; ability to partner closely with Design, Raw Materials, and Merchandising Teams, as well as Sourcing Offices
- Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to product information
- Strong computer skills; Excel, Outlook, PLM, Airtable
- Embodies the Cultural Focus Areas of the RL Brand
