Position Overview

IT Procurement and Finance application Analyst will be accountable for all aspects of technology solution support, enhancements, future implementations at Ralph Lauren with primary focus on Aravo (vendor onboarding tool) with other applications. 

This role will be working in partnership with other technical resources as well business partner in NA & ASIA. He/she will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing Vendor Onboarding process and its integration to ECC & various systems along with day to day support activities. As a Ralph Lauren application support Analyst, you will be a part of a growing community that is Global in scope and operates across all of Ralph Lauren’s regions & application disciplines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•Translates business requirements into detailed functional specifications, test scripts, and other system documentation while adhering to company standards 
•Works as a Subject Matter Expert with the user community, development team and other team members on IT projects. 
•Researches, analyzes, designs, identifies, and facilitates process improvements that focus on providing standard application functionality to meet business requirements wherever possible.
•Assisting with project planning to ensuring reliability, efficiency, and cost effectiveness of business solutions. 
•Conducting testing of new business solutions.
•Identifies costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on the integration with other systems and SAP modules.
•Act as direct liaison between Business and technical teams to ensure system requirements, deadlines and priorities are clear and attained
•Perform technical trouble shooting to resolve production support issues and propose optimal resolutions.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Experience: 
•Minimum of 2-5 years of IT Experience
•Experience with Aravo/Vendor on-boarding tool, supply chain tool , Docusign- contract management is desirable

Technical Skills:
•Worked as application support analyst for any cloud, Supplier chain or any inhouse application.
•Hand-on configuration experience with cloud, Supply chain tool or any inhouse solutions.
•Worked in application support model in various phases: implementation/ installation, support, analysis, Configuration, suggesting improvements and maintenance of software applications to streamline business operations.
•C++/Java/JavaScript Programming background is preferred.
•Identify process improvements opportunities across multiple lines of business.
•Analyze and document current business processes and gather business requirements from subject matter experts.
•Experience working with stakeholders around the world in different time zones
•Identifies costs, benefits, risks, and alternatives in proposed system designs and their impact on the integration with other systems.
•Troubleshoots application problems and proposes optimal resolutions
•Act as direct liaison with various troubleshooting, business process mapping and related system
 enhancements.

•Must have proven ability to support multiple projects on an aggressive timeline

•Serve as a primary technical point of contact to discuss new requirements and provide knowledge of development environments and processes


Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 or more years of work experience and demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities through previous experience and education
•Excellent communication (both written & verbal), presentation and business relationship skills
•Experience with working with business partners across the globe desired
