Position Overview

Manages the implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O application and Warehouse Management System for APAC region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage functional requirements and implementation of ERP application at both strategic and operational level
  • Manage functional requirements and implementation of Warehouse Management application at both strategic and operational level
  • Responsible for system design and best practices within enterprise applications
  • Manage relationships with different IT stakeholders and external IT partners
  • Ensures the deliverables are of a high-quality standard and compliant with SOX standards
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership and other stakeholders on the status and progress of implementation
  • Acts as a focal point for analyzing opportunities with different business stakeholders
  • Manage the release process for applications which includes enhancement releases and product upgrades
  • Manage testing process and identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Work with operational support to define/refine support/system processes, and provide advice/training to Helpdesk, various support teams and the business
  • To promote regular dialogue within IT and the business to conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure continuous improvement of support and services through alignment with business directions and strategies
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, performance appraisal and leadership to subordinates and develop their talents where appropriate

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in D365 F&O and Warehouse management software
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise ERP solutions.
  • Strong agile project management skills and experience using JIRA and Confluence are a plus
  • Must be a good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English
  • Process Improvement/Re-engineering experience
  • Has rich experience in leading multiple teams to deliver IT projects
  • Experience in working with various counterparts in different locations and time zones
  • Experienced in providing regular status updates and statistical reporting to management
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills 
  • Excellent Financial, analytical and research skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to challenge on status quo
  • Experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric is a plus
