The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) organization will leverage talent to evolve our culture and align our process for greater connectivity. The objective of the IBP Program is to transform planning through connectivity, automation and predictive analytics The newly established IBP team will consist of Product, Demand and Supply Planning. The Product Planning Team is the process owner for maintaining our product plans. This is done by setting the assumptions for non-organic growth/decline for all our product categories across global regions & channels. We will be continuously partnering with Demand & Supply Planning teams within IBP to ensure synergies across our plans & organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build product plans and own SKU planning and SKU analysis.
  • Secure assumptions on SKU counts and price architecture, in partnership with category leads.
  • Monitor those assumptions during the development period to look for anomalies.
  • Collaborate with Brand Merchandising teams to establish, track and support key brand strategic initiatives to achieve the brand vision and support growth.
  • Identify, track and garner insights through SKU analysis, SKU productivity, top line selling, hind sighting.
  • Track products in their portfolio and flag specific products for an in-depth review & strategy build out 
  •  Integrate advice and input on decisions regarding product retainment, refreshment or removal 
  • Develop portfolio segmentation methodology & optimization process through creative problem solving, as the business necessitates
  • Implement and orchestrate touchpoints and tools to support the cross-functional teams and facilitate decision- making in line with the brand strategy

Experience, Skills & Knowledge


· 5 years or more of business experience in product planning, category management, forecasting and strategy
preferred
· Advanced functional skills and experience in Microsoft suite and Analytics tools – Excel, Pivot tables, etc.
· Experience within a vertically integrated retail environment; fashion apparel experience is highly desirable.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively to global stakeholders
· Demonstrates expertise in retail industry best practices for Merchandising, Buying and Planning.
· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment and collaborate multifunctionally with an enterprise
mindset
