Position Overview

The scope is within the logistics operations, with focus on optimization and efficiency of the distribution center serving the entire network of outlet stores in the EMEA market.
The logistics manager is responsible to deliver the best logistics service to our stores, controlling cost and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the 3PL to ensure financial targets are met, measures KPI and develop reporting to communicate operational performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Lead the business channel service team (3PL) to deliver results against financial and operating KPIs and SLAs

Plan, monitor and track the flow of merchandise across EMEA, including export markets

Own initiatives focused on continuous improvement and optimization of logistics processes

Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operational updates to ensure all business stakeholders are informed of the performance

Collaborate across multiple departments and channels to gather operational forecasts and plans to ensure our operational partners have the requisite information to provide world class logistics service to RL

Support top management with strong communication and reporting

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain managerial role, industrial engineering background desirable.
Ability to work, influence and build relationships across multiple teams and at various levels of the organization.
Ability to manage a team of non-direct reports to achieve results against agreed SLAs and KPIs.
Focus on details and at the same time ability to navigate end-to-end high level context.
Passionate and results oriented, able to prioritize dynamically based on changing business requirements.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), ambitious to grow and learn.
Knowledgeable in international shipment flows & procedures.
