Essential Duties & Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Team Leadership & Engagement
- Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset
- Inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
- Unlocking talent that drives the team by developing your team product knowledges and selling skills
- Support the induction and welcome process of new team members
Business Client Development
- Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
- Building and fostering strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
- Leveraging all clienteling tools and opportunities to drive loyalty
Operations
- Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
- Managing floor recovery, size and price integrity
- Analysis data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with the General Manager
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
WHO YOU ARE
- Energetic, passionate and results driven
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced environment with a previous management experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
