TITLE:

Technology Operations & Support Manager, Network Engineer

DUTIES:

Install, configure, and maintain Ralph Lauren’s internal computer networks and systems. Provide detailed reports on network performance, work closely with vendor partners for network support and ensure service level compliance. Responsible for assisting with installation and maintenance of network systems; including routers, switches, wireless monitoring and management systems, and assisting in the coordination of the Ralph Lauren Store Network circuit ordering and delivery. Serve as the first point of escalation for network issues. Support Network projects, assist with hardware and software installation, troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues and review POS infrastructure for new store construction. Coordinate with third party vendors, provide Service Level compliance data and participate in On-Call rotations. Monitor network performance and work with corporate network and security team to enhance/maintain or troubleshoot issues. Responsible for Firewall configuration/deployment and WAN/LAN design maintaining PCI and Corporate security compliance. Responsible for centralized tool management for audit and deployment of local firewalls. Support Network Engineering Design and Deployment. Collaborate with Corporate Network Engineer on Retail solutions, assist with Retail specific configurations and testing/deployment. Global Retail Network Compliance. Maintain regular design and review sessions with Global Retail partners to understand regional differences and develop Global standards while incorporating local requirements. Perform trending analysis for proactive trouble identification and design changes. Explore new networking and security technologies, develop pilot plan, identify fit for regional or Global implementation, build ROI case and submit for review. Must be willing to work during non-business hours. On call 24/7 for network support around the globe. Part time telecommuting permitted. 25% domestic and international travel required.

SALARY:

$138,902 - $150,000/yr.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or a closely related field and 4 years of experience in the position offered or related. Requires 4 years of experience with all of the following: IWAN and SDWAN technologies; network security firewall devices; multiple types of WAN circuitry; and internet security and PCI-DSS. Requires 3 years of experience with all of the following: leading global teams of network engineers; internet-based telephony; working in a retail environment supporting network users around the globe; and wireless/cellular deployment of specific privately owned technologies within retail stores.
