FUNCTIEOVERZICHT
We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive to join our MSW POLO wholesale team, specialising in Independent accounts across the UK Menswear market. This role requires end-to-end commercial ownership, including seasonal sell-in, forecasting, trading execution and reorder optimization, while maintaining brand integrity and driving sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities to deliver commercial targets. Success Metrics
· Achievement of sales and budget objectives (prebook & reorder)
· Strong partner relationships with deep understanding of account performance
· Brand execution consistently aligned with luxury standards
· Brand ambassador supporting the wider team with a curious mindset
ESSENTIËLE TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN
· Lead account appointments, presenting seasonal ranges/reorder strategies
· Deliver sales targets and track sellout performance across assigned remit
· Owning product presentations, storytelling and brand stewardship
· Coordinate with Customer Operations for optimal delivery and availability
· Partner with Internal Buying, Brand Image, Marketing and Digital teams
· Maintain competitive market awareness to inform trading decisions
· Regular UK account visits between seasonal markets
ERVARING, VAARDIGHEDEN EN KENNIS
· Solid background in wholesale sales across luxury/premium fashion
· Strong menswear product knowledge and commercial acumen
· Proven sales achievement and analytical capability
· Advanced Excel/PowerPoint
· Excellent presentation, relationship management and communication skills
· Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
· Driving license
