PANORAMICA DELLA POSIZIONE
The Digital Analytics & Insights Analyst supports the Ralph Lauren North America e-commerce business within the Ralph Lauren Corporation. This individual will be a key contributor to the success of our digital business focused on supporting an analytics ecosystem that delivers a comprehensive view of digital performance and supporting data-informed decision making. This role supports Ralph Lauren’s strategic drivers to accelerate growth and value creation through data-informed decision making and comprehensive digital performance insights across Product, Marketing and Experience.
MANSIONI E RESPONSABILITÀ ESSENZIALI
Analytics Platform Management & Development
- Develop, manage, and optimize analytics suites across Adobe Analytics, Business Intelligence platforms, and other data sources to ensure comprehensive measurement capabilities
Strategic Analysis & Business Partnership
- Leverage business analytics to deliver strategic recommendations on e-commerce strategy, partnering closely with Buying & Planning, Marketing, CIX, CX, and Supply Chain teams
- Provide in-depth analysis to support optimization initiatives across Product/Inventory, Marketing campaigns, and Technology roadmap priorities
- Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to communicate insights and drive actionable outcomes
Reporting & Data Visualization
- Function as a power user of Adobe Analytics (or Customer Journey Analytics) and Business Intelligence platforms to extract meaningful insights
- Create, maintain, and deliver comprehensive dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analysis for key stakeholders across the organization
- Lead Business Intelligence reporting roadmap prioritization and implementation
Innovation & Automation
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage machine learning and AI technologies to automate routine analytics tasks and enhance reporting capabilities
- Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to optimize user experience and conversion performance
- Establish KPIs and monitoring frameworks for continuous digital performance improvement
ESPERIENZA, COMPETENZE E CONOSCENZE
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics in an e-commerce environment with DTM and Adobe Launch experience
- Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics tools for analysis, insight generation, data presentation, solution design, implementation, rollout and quality assurance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency working with Excel (including lookups, pivots, conditionals) and retail math
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly and deliver actionable recommendations based on data insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Content Square, Google Analytics or other digital analytics platforms
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models and customer segmentation
