Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven professional with strong finance, data analysis, and business reporting expertise to support the operations and growth of our Global Capability Center (GCC).
In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial insights, operational excellence, and executive-level reporting across Technology and Business Operations. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor, strong business acumen, and a high sense of ownership to deliver measurable impact in a dynamic, global environment
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Financial & Business Analysis
- Partner with Finance and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights on cost, utilization, and efficiency for the Technology Business.
- Support financial performance tracking, budgeting, and variance analysis for the Technology Business within GCC.
- Assist with Business case planning & set-up of initiatives and capabilities to support the Enterprise objectives
- Assist management with shaping the direction, expansion and overall impact of shared services and capabilities to deliver differentiation and Innovation.
- Gather market trends and insights, like competitive analysis to help shape global differentiated capabilities to help shape business growth.
- Manage and deliver communications to senior stakeholders by summarizing highlights on key business insights, optimizations and technology reporting.
- Enabling and facilitating best practices and continuous improvement initiatives in close partnership with GCC leaders across functions and capabilities.
Data Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau / Excel) to track key GCC benefits, value & operational metrics, KPIs, and talent insights.
- Partner with IT stakeholders for enabling recurring reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.
- Deliver high-quality management analysis, insights, trends and performance packs for leadership reviews.
- Tech Business Operations Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams seamlessly to track technology and operations initiatives, articulate the value and measure the business impact appropriately.
- Support vendor, capacity, and performance reporting for business management governance.
- Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement within GCC operations.
Ownership & Delivery
- Take full accountability for assigned deliverables — from requirement gathering to execution.
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Senior Manager and GCC leadership team.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
- 6 to 8 years of overall experience in financial analysis, business reporting, or operations support.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and one or more BI tools (Power BI / Tableau).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills — able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within a Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, or Technology service organization is preferred.
- Understanding of FP&A processes, operational governance, and vendor management.
- Experience working with global or matrixed teams across geographies.
- Have knowledge of and leverage new age technologies like GenAI.
