We are seeking an analytical and results-driven professional to continue to develop and deliver comprehensive financial analytics and performance insights for our brand portfolio. This role combines financial acumen with strategic thinking to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
職責
Performance Analysis & Reporting
· Drive timely delivery of Brand and Category performance analytics (Sales and Gross Margin), forecast updates and LRP guidance
· Maintain and enhance comprehensive reporting on Brand P&Ls
· Develop, monitor and analyze key brand health indicator reporting including sell-through rates, inventory metrics, and discounting patterns
· Utilize RL Business Intelligence tools to create efficient and scalable reporting solutions
Process Improvement & Innovation
· Proactively identify and implement reporting enhancements to improve transparency and decision-making capabilities
· Design and optimize dashboards that effectively communicate performance metrics to stakeholders
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives for reporting processes and methodologies
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
· Support reconciliation of forecasts across different business units
· Provide analytical support for strategic brand initiatives and special projects
· Prepare and present insights for executive presentations including quarterly reviews and committee meetings
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
· Bachelor's degree
· 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or business analytics
· Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and BI platforms
· Strong understanding of retail financial metrics and P&L components
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proactive thinker with curiosity and open-mindedness
· Ability to coordinate with an International team and attend occasional after-hours international meetings
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
· Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees, and to collaborate and influence colleagues
· Team player, possessing a strong work ethic and drive for results
· Superb financial modeling skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
