We are looking for an experienced Manager – Data Delivery to lead our data engineering initiatives, drive data-driven decision-making, and collaborate closely with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in data engineering, data visualization (preferably using MicroStrategy), cloud technologies (AWS), and stakeholder management.

- Lead and manage data engineering teams to design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines.
- Drive end-to-end data solutions, from ingestion to transformation and reporting.
- Oversee data visualization efforts, ensuring effective dashboards and reports in MicroStrategy or similar BI tools.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Architect and implement data solutions on AWS, leveraging services like S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, Lambda, and Step Functions.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance in alignment with business requirements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate technical concepts effectively, and influence decision-making.
- Optimize and maintain ETL processes for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive best practices for data modeling, metadata management, and data quality assurance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the data ecosystem.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- 14-18 years of experience in data engineering, BI, and cloud technologies.
- Strong experience in data visualization, preferably using MicroStrategy.
- Proficiency in AWS data services (S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, Step Functions, etc.).
- Well versed with Databricks
- Hands-on experience with ETL development, data pipelines, and data modeling.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment and influence decisions.
- Experience in leading teams, project delivery, and working in an Agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical and business priorities.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and data governance best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big data frameworks (Spark, EMR, Snowflake, etc.).
- AWS certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Exposure to modern data architectures and cloud-based analytics.
