The role encompasses 3 areas:
Training digital and value center teams:
Onboarding, Creating and implementing a structured onboarding process for all new starters in digital
Training Projects:
Training projects, implementing and managing ad hoc training initiatives to support development of our digital team.
Project manage employee engagement driven initiatives to support employee development, experience and knowledge
Enneagram
Guest speakers
Refreshers
Employee Engagement and Development:
VoE, supporting the capture and analysis of our Employee Voice
Listen to, acknowledge and understand what our Digital employees voice is and how we use this to improve their development and our business processes
*This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, deadline for applications is COP on Friday 30th January*

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct Learning Needs Analysis and recommend appropriate solutions, challenging existing processes when necessary
- Apply strong problem-solving skills, including creative and innovative thinking, to address challenges
- Demonstrate experience in daily reporting to various stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
- Exhibit expertise in presenting and collaborating with different departments, contributing to the development of strategies that meet multiple specifications
