• Greets customers and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions.
• Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages according to brand specifications and the customers’ requests.
• Serving prepared foods & pastries.
• Delivers customer service to exceed customers' expectations by responding to their needs with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during periods of high volume to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team.
• Maintains appearance of location ensuring product is stocked to appropriate levels and all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions.
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Communicates effectively with store manager regarding store, employee, and customer needs.
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
• Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
