Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $71500 - $142150 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview


The Web Analytics Manager (RLE NA) supports the Ralph Lauren North America e commerce business by delivering actionable insights that improve digital performance and customer experience across the Ralph Lauren website and RL App. This role serves as a key analytics partner to cross functional Digital Commerce teams, combining strong hands on analytical execution with ownership of reporting, insights, and measurement frameworks.

The Manager is responsible for day to day web analytics activities, including performance reporting, campaign analysis, and user behavior analysis. This position contributes to broader analytics strategy while maintaining a primary focus on execution, stakeholder support, and continuous optimization of digital performance.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze site and app performance to identify trends, opportunities, and issues impacting conversion, engagement, and revenue.
  • Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses, including funnel performance, customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and feature adoption.
  • Translate data findings into clear insights and recommendations that inform business decisions and optimization efforts.

Reporting & Measurement
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and alignment to business priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for campaigns, launches, and site enhancements.

Tools & Platform Support
  • Act as a power user of Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and Contentsquare.
  • Support tracking and measurement needs for new site features and initiatives in partnership with Technology and Product teams.
  • Assist in identifying data gaps and support the implementation and QA of analytics enhancements.

Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Content, Product Management, and Technology teams to support analytics needs.
  • Help develop measurement plans for campaigns and product launches and communicate performance results to partners.
  • Support optimization efforts by providing analytics input into A/B testing, personalization, and site enhancements.

Process & Capability Enablement
  • Drive adoption of analytics best practices, standardized reporting, and consistent methodologies across partners.
  • Support prioritization of analytics requests and ensure timely delivery of insights.
  • Contribute to the evolution of analytics processes, documentation, and ways of working within Digital Commerce.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge


  • Experience in web or digital analytics, preferably in an e commerce environment.
  • Strong hands on experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture) and/or Customer Journey Analytics, including Adobe Launch (DTM).
  • Working knowledge of digital analytics implementation, QA, and data validation best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast paced environment.
  • SAS/SQL experience is a plus but not required.
