Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $85000 - $161444 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategically minded professional to support the Next Generation Transformation (NGT) initiative. The Value Realization & Financial Strategy Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization captures, measures, and maximizes the value delivered through its portfolio of projects within NGT. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with the Portfolio Management Team, Finance and Accounting to align investments with organizational goals, monitor benefit realization, and drive continuous improvement. This individual will bring deep expertise in P&L management, project costing, capital management, and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate combines a robust understanding of finance with a cross-functional business mindset to drive sustainable impact and support transformation objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the NGT leadership team to define, track, and report on value realization metrics across transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assess program ROI, track benefit realization, and inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial objectives are aligned with strategic goals and transformation priorities.
  • Facilitate the Capital Appropriation Request (CAR) process for NGT projects, providing expert guidance on cost structures and accounting considerations (depreciation, amortization, etc.).
  • Lead the integration of financial insights into program governance routines and executive updates.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities tied to transformation initiatives and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Support the development of business cases and investment proposals for key transformation initiatives.
  • Monitor performance against key financial KPIs and support variance analysis with actionable insights.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, strategic finance, or business transformation roles.
  • Proven track record in P&L ownership, cost optimization, capital management, and long-term financial planning.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-wide transformation programs and value realization methodologies.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with tools like Power BI, Anaplan, or similar a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights and narratives for executive audiences.
