필수 업무 및 책임
• Welcome and assist the customer (Connect) identify their needs (Convert) concluding the transaction (Confirm) comply the
customers details into the data base in order to (Continue) to stay connected (Continue) and maintain the highest level of
service.
• Contribute to the store sales performance by meeting personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering a high level of
service to all customers.
• Capture customer data and information into the company tools and continue to acquire and develop customer
relationships through ongoing communication.
• Promote other in store services to customers, including but not limited to: Alterations, Gift cards, Personalization, Delivery
service, Transfers, Holds, Private appointments, Ralph Lauren Home, on- line and digital services and other store locations.
• Acquire & maintain a good level of product knowledge and stock availability.
• Participate in store merchandising activities in line with the Ralph Lauren Brand Image directives and standards, including
but not limited to: Daily stock maintenance and Folding standards, Replenishment, Product transfers, New product
launches and Seasonal floor changeovers.
• Assist customers in all areas of the customer journey.
• Communicate Product and Customer Feedback to managers.
• Contribute to the maintenance of standards in the back of house and communal areas.
• Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Actively participate & contribute to store Brilliant briefs and training.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
• Experience in the service or retail industry.
• Delivers a good level of Sales & Service in store and digitally with some supervision.
• Has a basic knowledge of non- specialized departments.
• Moves with urgency to deliver results
• A team player and goal driven.
• Communicates with confidence.
• Exhibits pride through a positive demeanor, body language, personal presentation and dress standards in line with Ralph Lauren expectations.
• Has a desire to develop skills to improve performance.
