Position Overview

· Welcome and assist the customer (Connect) identify their needs (Convert) concluding the transaction (Confirm) comply the customers details into the data base in order to (Continue) to stay connected (Continue) and maintain the highest level of service
- Meet store and personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering an elevated level of service and experience to all customers in store and via outreach
- Acquire, develop and retain a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VIC’s) through competently utilising the company clientelling tools and progressive ways of selling
- Participate in online sales platforms and digital sales
- Promote and leverage other in- store services available to customers, including but not limited to: Alterations, Gift cards, Personalization, Delivery service, Transfers, Holds, Private appointments, Ralph Lauren Home, on- line and digital services and other store locations
- Maintain and share a in deep level of product knowledge and stock availability
- Remain up to date with competitor activity including trends, events, campaigns within the local and wider community.
- Participate in store merchandising activities in line with the Ralph Lauren Brand Image directives and standards, including but not limited to: Daily stock maintenance and Folding standards, Replenishment, Product transfers, New product launches and Seasonal floor changeovers
- Assist customers in all areas of the customer journey
- · Communicate Product and Customer Feedback to managers
- · Contribute to the maintenance of standards in the back of house and communal areas
- Adhere to all company policies and standard operating procedures at all times
- Actively participate and contribute to store Brilliant briefs and training
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Retail sales and service
- Maintains In depth product Knowledge of non- specialized departments.
- Consistently acquires, develops and retains customer relationships
- Strong performer across all sales platforms including progressive ways of selling
- Moves with urgency to deliver results
· Contributes to store sales objective as well as achieving personal sales goals
