Position Overview

Facilitate and drive application development, support, end user training, and execution of strategic and business critical projects supporting key Product Technology business initiatives across Ralph Lauren. Successfully manage technical and functional aspects of various Product-Technology applications partnering with IT cross-functional teams and Business leads and supporting the domain lead.

· Support and develop the primary technology application and ecosystem for visual line collaboration, product lifecycle management and quality systems. The primary tools at Ralph Lauren are: VibeIQ, FlexPLM and Logility – Product Testing.
· Emphasis on involvement in transformational projects such as the support and scaling of VLC, PLM upgrade and move to cloud; next generation quality system transformation. This is inclusive of but not limited to both business and technical analyses activities, discovery, documentation, change management, development and delivery of functional training, support sessions etc.
· Working on future scope/business capabilities for all areas of the product creation domain.
· Support overall application maintenance and stability following standard IT and security protocols and procedures.
· Facilitate daily technology operations including issue analysis and resolution avoiding downtime and delays.
· Work collaboratively with various IT and business partners to ensure seamless integration of product data across the matrix of applications.
· Support and execute testing efforts ensuring applications are production ready and support business requirements.
· Assist with technical content and execution of strategic projects that covers multiple cross-functional areas.
· Support domain projects with technical planning and execution. 
· Execute and support the software build process and production release. 
· Partner with Business Leads + IT partners to recommend and deliver global solutions. 
· Deliver technology solutions in alignment with project and business objectives. 
· Perform application admin responsibilities, inclusive of, but not limited to responsibilities relating to OOTB configuration and system administrative activities. 
· End user support and training as needed. 
· Ongoing monitoring and issue resolution within single applications and or end to end with other systems in the ecosystem. 
· Capture & document business processes into detailed workflows, including functional & data requirements in partnership with Business Transformation or Project teams. 
· Escalate issues/risks to system owner. 
· Understanding the prioritization, sequencing, deliverance of new capabilities that come through transformational projects and direct interaction with business. 
· Continually identify new opportunities to enhance and mature future ways of working.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

· In-depth technical and functional knowledge of fashion merchandising and product creation and quality systems technologies (VibeIQ, FlexPLM, Logility) knowledge a plus.
· Experience with managing product image files a plus (2d/3D).
· Experience with system configuration, customization, and interfaces between core systems.
· Previous operational and project support experience.
· Ability to documents and communicate concepts and proposals.
· Meticulous record keeping and documentation of current configurations and application history.
· Experience in working with project execution in Agile methodologies is preferred.
· Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentations and interpersonal skills required.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to quickly learn new process skills and applications.
· Ability to perform technical trouble shooting is a plus. Ability to run SQL/PL SQL scripts will be a plus.
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
· Experience in retail industry, product design/development and project delivery.
· Participated in successful business transformation and strategic initiatives, preferred.
· Ability to understand and manage complex cross-functional business processes.
· Collaborative, motivated, curious, kind and energetic with the ability to work on multiple tracks.
