Position Overview

The Italy Region sales operations wholesale team, based in Casalecchio di Reno, is looking for a sales operations support to provide high level of service to internal and external customers.

In partnership with the sales operations manager the candidate will support regional order management activities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

Accountabilities

 

Actively support the SO team

- Timely Regional claims and returns management

- Focus on specialty stores and online customers

 

Order management and delivery follow up activities

- YNAP Online purchase orders management

- Order confirmation dispatch for the region

- Order release

- Shipments follow up

- Delivery reporting

 

 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

§  Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to work cross functionally between departments and remote teams 

§  Flexibility, open-mindedness and positive attitude.

§  Interest in the digital landscape, which requires both a creative and innovative approach

§  Analytical skills 

§  Fluency in English

§  Proficient in the use of Excel
