Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing, communications, PR, and CRM leadership role for the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) market. As a core member of the ANZ Cross-Functional Leadership Team, this role contributes to the end-to-end execution of business goals and key initiatives. The position partners closely with Commercial, Retail, Merchandising, Digital, Finance, HR and Operations to ensure integrated planning and seamless delivery across all customer touchpoints. Operating within strategic parameters set by global/corporate and regional stakeholders, this leader will create meaningful, brand-elevating, commercially advantageous initiatives tailored to ANZ consumers and serve as 'the voice of ANZ' in shaping forward-looking regional and group-level plans and strategies

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the 360° ANZ marketing strategy and full‑funnel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Transform media, CRM and clienteling to drive acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.

  • Develop and optimise ANZ media plans across digital, social, immersive, and traditional channels.

  • Manage full‑funnel KPIs and marketing budget to maximise brand and commercial outcomes.

  • Localise global/regional strategies and provide ANZ consumer insights to shape future planning.

  • Deliver brand‑building events, partnerships, and culturally relevant activations.

  • Foster innovation in social engagement and commerce; pilot new formats and technologies.

  • Build and develop a high‑performing, inclusive marketing team.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong marketing experience and track record across brand marketing, trade marketing, PR, events, communications, media, CRM, and clienteling

  • Digital-first mindset with deep understanding of the ANZ media and digital landscape.

  • Demonstrated success in the ANZ market with strong cultural awareness and consumer insight.

  • Experience within luxury/premium or adjacent consumer-centric sectors, including omnichannel retail.

  • Strong leadership skills with commercial acumen and disciplined budget management.

  • Proven success in consumer acquisition, trade-up, and retention.

  • Excellent negotiation, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Willingness to travel 10–20%.

  • CPG/Beauty leadership experience a plus
