Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $62000 - $83000 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview


The Marketing Associate is a key role within the Wholesale Marketing division, responsible for supporting marketing activities for our Childrenswear, Polo Men’s Apparel & Footwear North America Wholesale businesses.  This individual is responsible for briefing and project management of all seasonal creative, inclusive of signage, digital and media, in partnership with Sr. Managers, Manager, Agency and Content teams. The Associate also provides foundational operational support for the team, inclusive of invoice tracking, event support, surprise and delight creation, sample routing, in-store and online animation.

This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail with the capacity to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

This position reports into 2 Senior Marketing Managers and 1 Marketing Manager. 


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Support marketing efforts for Men’s Polo & Childrenswear North America department stores, specialty stores & pure plays 
  • Support Sr. Managers & Manager on strategic marketing campaign development and omnichannel activation execution; projects and initiatives include Sports Partnerships, Media, In-Store Animation, Omni Collateral, Seasonal Content Briefing, Events, Retailer Content Co-Creation, Gift Packaging, Signage 
  • Act as a key contact for internal and external teams in the development, execution and communication of marketing materials to support all wholesale marketing needs: 
    • Development of clear creative briefs  
    • Partner with Sr. Manager & Manager to develop & manage budgets and timelines  
    • Collaborate with wholesale accounts and internal sales, planning, merchandising, customer insights, advertising, global marketing, retail development, digital strategy and content & operations teams    
  • Develop knowledge of wholesale business, including competitive landscape, and proactively seek out marketing insights and consumer trends to support the business and help establish best practices 
  • Partner with other Families of Business & NA Channel Leads/Centers of Excellence to execute cross-divisional programs that build brand awareness and drive sales 
  • Manage team project trackers 
  • Manage invoice processing and fulfillment for marketing budget 
  • Manage agendas for weekly touchbases with cross-functional partners and project-specific workstreams 

Experience, Skills & Knowledge


  • 2+ years of experience in a multi-channel marketing role 
  • Strong analytical, project management and communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented  
  • Demonstrated ability to execute successful campaigns 
  • Ability to develop relationships with key internal and external partners  
  • Ability to solve problems fairly, utilizing creative thinking 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Programs; Monday.com; Adobe Suite a plus
