Position Overview

Support the EMEA Advertising & Campaign Management team, in receiving, briefing, producing and delivering campaigns. Focus on E-commerce and buys analysis, using dedicated softwares (Airtable, etc.).

Manage the creative planning and the imagery availability.

Work with freelancers and agencies to deliver on all briefs in a timely manner.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Internship duration: minimum of 6 months - renewable up to 12 months


• Oversee and produce campaign assets for all kind of campaigns (evites, invitations, menus, web  banners, social media formats)

• Support the e-commerce team on all SKU analysis

• Brief and liaise with agencies

• Prioritize and manage deadlines

System administration

• Learn and manage administration and seasonal updates on ownership documents using Airtable

• Manage communications highlighting newly posted imagery/videos

• Use the team creative planning system

Seasonal support

• Support major 360 campaigns

• Manage imagery and video library, organisation shoot assets

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

School agreement is mandatory for this internship

• Strong organizational skills

• Positive, dynamic approach

• Self-driven

• Flexible – ability to pivot quickly if deadlines / priorities change

• Strong IT skills: Excel and PowerPoint, understanding of the Adobe creative suite (InDesign, Photoshop), knowledge of Airtable a plus

• Fluent spoken and written English is essential (Proficiency, CPE) – additional EU language is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure and to a tight schedule
