Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Payroll Director, the successful candidate you will play a key role in supporting the payroll function for a diverse and dynamic workforce.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·         Entering payroll data including starters, leavers, bonuses, commissions, pensions, and benefits

·         Monitoring the payroll support inbox and responding to queries

·         Preparing monthly reports including Leavers and overtime

·         You will play an active role in the development of an AI model that will produce payroll statistical data for UK & EMEA.

·         Chasing new starter information from HR

·         Processing timesheets for monthly paid staff

·         Producing P45s, P60s, and payslips.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

·         Strong communication skills and a professional, helpful manner

·         Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach

·         GCSE-level education or equivalent Flexibility with hours and peak periods of work is essential

·         Experience of Payroll administration is desirable although not essential

·         Must have a keen interest in Payroll with very strong Excel skills
