Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $99000 - $211750 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of integrated operational reporting solutions across core SAP ERP processes.
  • Develop and deploy non-core SAP analytics reporting, leveraging data from SAP and integrating with non-SAP reporting platforms where business needs require it.
  • Manage the impact of data and reporting changes resulting from the migration to SAP S/4HANA — including the rationalization of existing legacy reports and the enablement of modern, fit-for-purpose reporting solutions.
  • Oversee architecture and governance for reporting solutions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and cost-effective data management across large volumes of operational data.
  • Collaborate with business process owners, IT leaders, and solution integrators to ensure alignment of reporting solutions with operational process design and master data structures.
  • Champion the adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud capabilities to modernize Ralph Lauren’s analytics ecosystem.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a cross-functional reporting and analytics team, ensuring high-quality delivery and business stakeholder satisfaction.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Demonstrated experience leading the Analytics function for at least 2–3 large-scale SAP program deliveries, spanning multiple business process domains.
  • Strong functional knowledge of core SAP ERP operational reporting, including finance, supply chain, merchandising, and order management.
  • Deep expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and integration of SAP and non-SAP data sources into modern reporting solutions.
  • Proven ability to rationalize and modernize large legacy report libraries, optimizing reporting for performance and cost effectiveness.
  • Solid understanding of modern data sharing and data management technologies to handle high data volumes efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex reporting requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience in the retail, fashion, or consumer products industry.
  • Familiarity with Business Data Cloud and modern data architecture principles supporting scalable, flexible analytics delivery.
