Positionsübersicht:
This role is pivotal in shaping Ralph Laurens RLX Golf brands presence in the UK & Ireland wholesale channels, ensuring that the collections are commercially successful, drive sustainable profitable growth and aligned with the brand’s identity, story telling and long-term vision.
Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
· Develop and exceed financial plans and growth strategies for Ralph Lauren RLX Golf & categories.
· Account Management: Cultivate relationships with key wholesale partners, department stores, & specialty retailers: Key partners such as Harrods, St Andrews, Gleneagles.
· Work cross functionally with DTC to align with key resorts in HNW acquisition.
· Team Oversight: Lead and coach a sales team incl. +3 RL Golf agents ensuring alignment with brand goals.
· Maintain and develop Top Tier green grass & off-course distribution strategy.
· Align with U.S. and EMEA brand merch teams on all IVR events i.e. Ryder Cup, Olympics, Senior Open etc.
· Develop & maintain partnerships with DP world Tour, Senior Tour & Senior Open

Forecasting & Budgeting:
· Own seasonal sales forecasts & inventory planning in collaboration with merchandising and finance.
· Market Expansion, identify new business opportunities through a carefully monitored & executed distribution plan, with an entrepreneurial approach to category development
Brand Alignment:
· Ensure all wholesale presentations & assortments reflect the brand’s elevated positioning and storytelling.
· Adopt an Omni channel approach by working closely with DTC Leads.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
· Partner with Sales Operations, EMEA & Global merchandising product, Marketing, Finance & logistics teams to support business & brand operational excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
· Proven success in wholesale sales leadership, within premium sports apparel.
· Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills with top-tier retail partners.
· Deep understanding of market trends, seasonal buying cycles, and consumer behavior.
· Experience with digital wholesale platforms and CRM tools.
· Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights & strategic decisions.
· Excellent communication & presentation skills.
