As a Part-Time Sales Professional at our Ralph Lauren Store in Mall of Scandinavia, you will be an ambassador of the Ralph Lauren brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our heritage of luxury, quality, and timeless style. You will work within our menswear department, helping discerning customers discover pieces that align with their personal style while achieving sales goals and maintaining the impeccable store standards that Ralph Lauren is known for.

This role requires a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence in service and sales performance.

Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet and engage customers warmly, creating a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
  • Understand customer needs through thoughtful conversation and recommend appropriate menswear products.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge including fabrics, construction, styling, and care.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

Brand Representation

  • Embody the Ralph Lauren brand values and aesthetic in appearance and conduct.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of current collections, pricing, and promotions.
  • Communicate brand heritage and product stories authentically to customers.
  • Uphold the luxury shopping experience expected at Ralph Lauren Stores.

Store Operations & Merchandising

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards according to Ralph Lauren guidelines.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and immaculately presented.
  • Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and product transfers.
  • Support store opening and closing procedures as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all customer and back-of-house areas.

Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Share best practices and product knowledge with colleagues.
  • Support a positive and inclusive team environment.

Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:

Required Experience

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or menswear.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience delivering high-touch customer service.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with clientelling and building customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with luxury fashion brands and market trends.
  • Knowledge of men's tailoring and styling.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

  • Proficiency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
