Positionsübersicht:
Ralph Lauren is looking for an experienced, customer-centric Product Management Lead to join our Global Product Management team. This role will be responsible for driving growth and innovation via initiating, defining, and managing best-in-class product strategies that encompass customer-facing experiences, internal tools, and business intelligence needs. Additionally, this position will manage a team of Product Managers, Project Managers and Digital Strategists in Ralph Lauren’s Bangaluru office to develop robust product roadmaps, optimal customer experience solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes that will propel Ralph Lauren’s business and exceed customer expectations.
This position requires vision, technical depth, communication, and organizational skills. A high degree of comfort in leveraging data to influence decisions is critical as well as a proven track record of driving results via internal and external relationship management. The optimal candidate will be passionate about driving our next generation of customer experiences, and focused on delivering significant, measurable business and customer impacts.
Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
• Lead the product vision, strategy and roadmap for omnichannel experiences in order to elevate the brand, and drive customer engagement, and achieve business targets
• Manage a team of Product Managers, Project Managers and Digital Strategists as well as guide a global cross-functional, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary team of both internal and external partners to develop new products
• Combine a strong understanding of user needs with a deep understanding of business goals as well as technical dependencies to ideate and champion solutions that deliver value
• Drive business requirements and the product definition of both core and innovative feature sets that will ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for customers, trade professionals and store associates
• Guide global cross-functional teams to generate new product ideas, leading the discovery to research and analyze for feasibility as well as customer and business impact
• Translate roadmap into detailed requirements that provide clarity to complex problems and work with user experience/design, engineering and QA teams to execute and deliver high-quality products
• Prioritize and coordinate the execution of features against specific timelines to meet key business goals.
• Establish clear objectives and monitor key results against goals in order to define and measure the success of initiatives as well as to continuously learn and discover opportunities for growth
• Develop relationships and partner closely with key business partners to gain strong internal alignment and maintain tight communication around expectations and status
• Communicate with executive level stakeholders globally, including leading facilitated discovery and vision sessions, presenting findings and priorities, and negotiating tradeoffs
Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:
• Performance history as a direct people manager with supervisory accountability
• Extensive experience as a product manager working on digital consumer-facing applications and complex systems with proven success in translating business strategy and analysis into successful consumer products
• Ecommerce and omnichannel experience with global scope strongly preferred
• Proven track record of successfully launching new product features that drove significant value
• Effective at executive-level communicating and presentations
• Comfortable in a matrixed, iterative development environment and good at balancing collaboration and advocacy
• High level of intellectual curiosity and comfort with bringing definition and structure to ambiguity
