Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Shadow the Head of Collection development for show and production samples
- Collaborate with partners during prototypes and samples development of the collection and
production
- Work closely with the different teams in the office (trims, R&D, PD, fabrics)
- Participate in meetings and presentations
- Work on Haute Couture VIP projects and MTM
Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:
-2/3 Years in fashion company industry
- Knowledge of pattern making garment cutting and construction basics
- Experience in creating garments
- Passion for fashion, research and field experimentation
- Interest in Haute Couture and bespoke tailoring
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new situations
- Ability to work with creativity and attention to detail
- Interest in trends and innovation in fashion
- Ability to work in team and collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English and Italian
