At Ralph Lauren, we believe that exceptional luxury experiences begin with the very first impression. As a Doorperson, you serve as the crucial first and final touchpoint in our guests' journey, embodying Ralph Lauren's heritage of timeless elegance and unparalleled hospitality. This role combines the traditional duties of a doorperson with the sophisticated touch of a luxury retail concierge.
 
You will create lasting first impressions by providing a gracious welcome that sets the tone for our guests' entire store experience. Through your polished presence, warm demeanor, and deep knowledge of the Ralph Lauren world, you'll help transform simple store visits into memorable luxury experiences that reflect our brand's commitment to sophistication and service excellence.

Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Customer Experience & Brand Ambassador
  • Provide a best-in-class welcome experience by greeting and assisting clients entering the store
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of the Ralph Lauren brand heritage and current product assortments
  • Direct clients to appropriate departments and sales associates based on their needs
  • Support the delivery of personalized luxury client experiences
  • Maintain professional and polished presentation aligned with Ralph Lauren's brand standards
Operations & Security
  • Partner with Asset Protection team to maintain store security and safety protocols
  • Monitor store entrance and exit areas to ensure the safety of clients and employees
  • Assist with managing client flow during high-traffic periods and special events
  • Support implementation of store operating procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain awareness of store layout and team member locations to facilitate client navigation
Team Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to enhance the overall client experience
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to support smooth store operations
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
  • Support special store events and promotional activities as needed

Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end customer service
  • Demonstrated passion for the Ralph Lauren brand and luxury retail industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work retail schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work shifts standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 lbs
