Positionsübersicht:

Provide strategic and tactical operational support interacting with store management and corporate business partners.

Main areas of responsibility are:

• Store maintenance, stockroom operations and cash management supervision and Asset Protection, ensuring all aspects of the departments’ roles and responsibilities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner to the agreed standards.

• To release the store management team from administration and back-office functions thus freeing them to drive sales.

• To understand, maintain and enhance brand standards across all aspects of the stores.

Reports to the Store Manager.

Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Ensure contracts are in place for all recurring maintenance /cleaning costs etc.

• Ensure that Infinium Purchase Order management and follow ups are being done

• Ensure that packaging, stationary, kitchen and cleaning consumables are replenished in a timely manner.

• Management, development and succession planning of stores’ cash office, stockroom, and maintenance teams ensuring they are integral to the store team structure.

• Implementation and roll out of all SOPs with the emphasis on those relating to cash and inventory management.

• Responsible for ensuring that all cash management and banking procedures are adhered to

• Inventory management and stock count: responsible for ensuring that the store is following procedures and controlling all inbound and outbound stock throughout the year.

• Owns the operational aspect of preparing and managing stock counts both prior to and during the count. Lead of any subsequent investigations. Liaison with Inventory Control department on all stock counts and inventories.

• Aware of all Health and Safety procedures and in the case of incidents take relevant actions

• Be proactive in suggesting processes and ideas that can improve the efficiency of the business or save costs.

• Key contact person for all supply chain issues.
