Positionsübersicht:
The hospitality associate has a polished, gracious, and service-driven personality. This individual will be responsible for creating unforgettable moments for our high-net-worth guests and VIP clientele, ensuring that every interaction embodies the Ralph Lauren spirit of hospitality, elegance, and personal connection.
Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Greet and personally welcome VIP clients, brand partners, and special guests upon arrival to RL Club, offering a warm, elevated, and attentive introduction to the space.
- Provide personalized hospitality services including beverage offerings, curated amenities, and tailored experiences aligned with client preferences.
- Execute any client catering, entertainment or other guest accommodations
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences by building relationships, maintaining client profiles, and collaborating with sales associates, personal stylists, and management.
- Maintain the ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation of the RL Club space to the highest standard at all times.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including retail, client experience & VIP, and tailor shop to ensure a seamless and luxurious client journey.
- Support the execution of in-store activations, private appointments, and bespoke experiences within the RL Club environment.
- Uphold the brand’s values, etiquette, and expectations for discretion, privacy, and service excellence.
- Identify and escalate facilities, repair and overall opportunities to maintain an elevated experience in the club space
- Provide care and organize wardrobes including laundering, ironing, and coordinating attire for various occasions.
- Utilize and operate smart home technologies and digital tools to enhance efficiency in the club space
Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, private members clubs, or high-end retail clienteling environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs intuitively.
- Professional appearance, poise, and demeanor reflective of the Ralph Lauren brand.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and special event coverage.
- Passion for delivering elevated service experiences and creating meaningful, lasting client connections.
- Computer skills preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cashwrap and office; work around/with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs. and climb moderately utilizing a ladder as trained under RL Health & Safety guidelines
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move and walk for multiple hours
