We are looking for a Full Time savvy Retail Sales Assistant to join our David Jones Wholesale Business, who is as aligned to our product as they are to our history and tradition. As a Brand Ambassador you will excel in providing our high-end clientele with exceptional sales support and service and truly make a difference as you bring the brand to life in your store.

Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Achieve or exceed Sales targets.
  • Maintain strong communication with Store Manager and David Jones management.
  • Maintain front of house to the highest Ralph Lauren standards and expectations that reflect the Ralph Lauren global Visual Merchandising directives and brand image.
  • Maintain pad presentation standards by replenishing stock before and after store opens.
  • Follow up with the David Jones Operations Manager regarding deliveries and ensuring the product reaches the sales floor in a timely manner
  • Roster Expectations – Full Time 38 hours, willing to work flexible hours, including before/after trading hours, as workload permits
  • Liaise with upper management to provide monthly feedback - Analyze sales metrics, best sellers and units sold to identify key opportunities.

Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:

  • Proven experience on retail sales, preferably within a premium retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to comfortably liaise with all levels of the business
  • Ability to work well in a high volume and fast paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks and create strong relationships with customers
  • Is confident and comfortable in making autonomous decisions, when required
  • Well-groomed individual who will be a great brand ambassador with a sound understanding of fashion, trends and competition
  • To be competent in IT systems to include Excel, Microsoft Word
