Positionsübersicht:
We are looking for a seasoned IT leader to oversee the implementation and support of our Assortment Planning (AP), Retail Allocation and Space Planning capabilities in the new system. This role will play a critical part in driving how we support the planning, allocation, and optimize product assortments across our business.
The ideal candidate will have approximately 15 years of relevant experience and a strong background in implementing Assortment Planning or Allocation systems such as o9, Impact Analytics, Blue Yonder (JDA), Logility, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Grundlegende Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Lead the technology implementation of the Allocation, AP, and Space Planning processes and tools partnering with the business leads and vendors
- Drive the full lifecycle implementation of new planning systems — from requirements through rollout and user adoption.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in Merchandising, Planning, Allocations and Store Operations to align tools and processes to business needs.
- Partner with technology vendors and consulting partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify opportunities to streamline planning workflows and improve inventory productivity.
- Build and lead a high-performing team; develop talent and champion change.
- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for planning capabilities and best practices.
Erfahrung, Fähigkeiten & Kenntnisse:
- Years of experience in Allocation, Assortment Planning, Merchandise Financial Planning, or Space Planning within retail or wholesale.
- Hands-on experience implementing or upgrading Assortment Planning or MFP systems (o9, Impact Analytics, Blue Yonder/JDA, Logility, Oracle, etc.).
- Deep understanding of retail planning processes, inventory management, and in-store execution.
- Strong project leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to drive change and deliver measurable business results.
