- Collaborate with design team, merchandising, technical design, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs will be executed to our quality and aesthetic standards 

- Develop sketches and ideas in 2D (Illustrator/Photoshop) and 3D for seasonal design presentations and developments 

- Prepare handoffs for seasonal styles, which include artwork and sketch/ construction detail pages and upload design components to PLM system 

- Attend fittings together with technical design and Product management 

- Focus on seasonal market competitive research, take advantage of our RL library for inspirational and history research to bring design ideas to meetings 

-Work with design team on wash selection and handoffs

- Work with graphic teams for seasonal newness and updates
