Position Overview

The Ralph Lauren E-Commerce Merchandising Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven individual to join our team of e-commerce professionals focused on building a world-class online customer experience.

The successful Site Merchandising Associate will help analyze and optimize RalphLauren.com’s online merchandising by having a detail-oriented approach and a genuine interest in understanding what drives customers to buy. He/she will make customer-facing decisions about how to merchandise products in the Ralph Lauren portfolio and serve as go-to person for insight on the customer experience, working cross-functionally with Buying, Marketing, Studio, Copy, Project Management, and Technology Teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Analyze site metrics, customer feedback and other related data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and drive revenue growth across product categories
  • Ensure customer experiences is seamless throughout the funnel through set-up and maintenance of product pages, category pages, cross-sells and more throughout the seasons
  • Work cross-functionally, especially with Buying and Marketing, to relentlessly maintain solid understanding of brand priorities and ever-changing product assortment to deliver appropriate representation on-site
  • Execute A/B testing set-up to continuously understand customer behavior on-site
  • Apply developed subject-matter expertise of product assortment and performance

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • BA with strong academic record
  • Passion for the Ralph Lauren customer with a strong interest in understanding and driving user behavior
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Salesfoce Commerce Cloud preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude
  • Willingness to be flexible and pivot across multiple tasks as necessary
